If the Ghost Hunts have done anything, they’ve exposed the energy surrounding the beautiful, old Cambridge Post Office. Does deep belief in a ghost manifest the energy? We think so. Emily is the ghost at the old Post Office. Wrapped up in a scandalous affair with the Postmaster. Until her body is found hanging from the rafters on the third (top) floor. Foul play? Maybe. Real legend? Who knows! Daniel talks about experiences in the Cambridge building.
Then tries something new! Discussing ghostly movies he really enjoyed. Doctor Sleep isn’t clearly a sequel to The Shining, but this becomes clear with the protagonist, Danny Torrance. The adorable “Redrum” kid from the original, now all grown up, and still super psychic. Why he likes it so much.

“Getting my storytelling thrills at the Ghost Walks since 2003 as Head Ghost Guide for Downtown Hamilton, Hamilton’s Dark History and the Dark Trolley tours. And now with this ghost story podcast.”

Full Description of Podcast
If the Ghost Hunts have done anything, they’ve exposed the energy surrounding the beautiful, old Cambridge Post Office. Does deep belief in a ghost manifest the energy, despite the legend being possibly false? We think so. Proven by other infamous ghosts, like the Custom House’s Dark Lady.
Emily is the ghost at the old Post Office. Wrapped up in a scandalous affair with the Postmaster, a man named Turnbull. A secret affair behind his wife’s back… until Turnbull decides to end things with Emily. She refused to be used by him, threatening his career and marriage. Only days later, her body found hanging from the rafters on the third (top) floor.
Foul play? Maybe. Real legend? Who knows! But we do know there’s energy in this building that answers to the name Emily. Could be a mischievous ghost willing to say anything for attention. But all the tools at the Ghost Hunts react to the name Emily. A spirit well-known in the Ontario city of Cambridge.
Then Daniel tries something new! Discussing ghostly movies he really enjoyed with, in his opinion, is the only good Stephen King sequel put to screen. Doctor Sleep isn’t clearly a sequel to The Shining, but this becomes clear with the protagonist, Danny Torrance. The adorable “Redrum” kid from the original, now all grown up, and still super psychic.
Many factors playing into making this movie great. Such as, it’s based on an actual Stephen King book (yes! He’s into sequels now. Lucky us!). Also, it’s directed by Mike Flanagan. Same guy who terrified us with Netflix’s Haunted of Hill House and Gerald’s Game.
Easy to feel the fear. The villain’s ability to reach out (psychically), makes there no where to hide. And the established main character we already love, thanks to The Shining.

An interesting take on the ghost story podcast. This isn’t done with a spooky voice and jump scares. Daniel believes in ghosts. Spent his career passing along the best stories in Southern Ontario, Canada (and the World).
The Podcast was born out of this passion. It’s a take on his real life interactions with believers and skeptics alike. No ghost subject is off-limits. And yes, there are ghost stories!
About Daniel’s style…
Personable! It’s real talk over dramatics. Raw talk with no script leading into ghost stories told with a unique love of the paranormal.
Gained from 20 years of “ghost guiding”. His style is intense. Pushed out from a place of respect for true paranormal experiences had by millions of people around the world.

Daniel’s experience…
20 years in the paranormal world. From being an investigator, to collecting stories… and then to telling them!
He’s been telling tales of dark history and ghosts to large groups since 2003. Continues to this day, with a renewed interest in the traditional art of storytelling.
The Podcast isn’t scripted! Doesn’t mean Daniel sacrifices his style. It’s a challenge he’s accepted many times before … how to mix (in the moment) realism and storytelling to make the stories interesting.
Because if they’re boring, who’d want to listen.
