Ghost Walks of Niagara-on-the-Lake

Great walk! Gil was an excellent story teller and magician. Would definitely recommend!!
The Black Widow had a spooky flair for the dramatic! She was a stellar guide! Can’t recommend her and the tour enough!
It was amazing and staff were awesome
We decided to be "tourists in our town" tonight. We took our 9 and 6 year olds on the ghost walk with us, and specifically came on a Wednesday so we could experience "The Magician" as our guide.Gill did not disappoint. He was engaging and thorough and answered the entire groups questions. Information was historically accurate and the kids thought it was an amazing night out.Definitely a good, family friendly and educational experience for locals and tourists alike!
my husband and I just finished our ghost walk with the black widow, she was amazing. we've never done one of these before but the history and stories on the walk were great! She's a wonderful storyteller!
Our guide, Sir Lawrence, was so animated, engaging, and well versed in local history. The tour was so much fun. It went so much further than textbook history - it was a glimpse into the traumas and legends of everyday people during a very turbulent time. We actually drove by again the next day to get a second look at a number of the locations. My 12 year old son is going to be dispointed he didn't come with us. I think we'll have to do the tour again with the rest of the family.
Good stories and great timing it started whit sunlight and ended with sundown
Had an Incredible time at the Ghost Walk of Niagara on the Lake...RJ
Went in a group of 6 of us, had Gill the magician as our guide. He was amazing, and had a very fun and creative way of story telling, especially with the added magic tricks now and then. It rained a little during our tour and Gill was thoughtful and led our group to a picnic table under tree shade so we stayed dry. Also, while in front of the Victorian house where guests have had photos come out blurry, one of our group members felt a tap on their shoulder, and thought it was one of us doing it…it was not!
My husband and I had a great time with our 13-year-old son. Sir Bob led our tour and he was very entertaining while sharing history, telling stories, and sharing experiences had on past tours. Our favorite part was the stick duel in the gazebo. Such a memorable experience for our son. Would definitely recommend and plan to do again when back in the area.
Such wonderful storytelling by our guide Daniel! Niagara-on-the-Lake was already one of my favourite places. On this absolutely delightful walking tour, we heard not just about the paranormal stories of the area, but also a lot of history of the war of 1812 that was previously unknown to me. And Daniel presented the stories in such a friendly and engaging way. 100000/10 would go again!
We had the Black Widow as a tour guide and she was great. Very informative, entertaining and we could tell she was passionate about her work. The city was beautiful and loved hearing about Niagara on the Lake’s history. The hour and a half flew by. Just be prepared to walk, we had some elderly people with walkers that we felt bad for because they had some trouble keeping up.
We enjoyed a great Ghost Walk with an excellent story teller last night. I think her name was Regina. The stories kept the entire group engaged, right until the end. We will come back again!
Our guide, Gill the magician, was great! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. The only reason for 4 stars is that there was too much time standing in one place listening to the history and ghost story at several of the locations. No place to sit or even lean against. My feet and back started to hurt from just standing as opposed to walking. Just something to be aware of if you book this tour.
The Black Widow made our tour so interesting and we really enjoyed it!! A must do if you are planning on visiting Niagara on the lake!

my husband and I just finished our ghost walk with the black widow, she was amazing. we've never done one of these before but the history and stories on the walk were great! She's a wonderful storyteller!
I did the Hermitage ghost walk the other night. Par excellence. Having done the Ghost and Vampire walks in New Orleans I honestly did not expect much, but was I wrong!! This was excellent.
I had the distinct pleasure of joining your Dundas ghost Tour with Erin as our guide. Erin was nothing short of remarkable. The plethora of facts and ‘ghost stories’ kept on coming, even down to the minutiae of details: there were 3 toasters used to try and commit arson in the Collins Hotel in the 1990’s. Or is it 4, brother Jim? Erin was very animated and enthusiastic when telling us ghost stories and gruesome facts, which made many of us feeling jittery and spooked! In addition, she can really handle a crowd as there were many interruptions. Erin managed this with aplomb to keep the group engaged. She even kept us intrigued, by not telling us which home was haunted. I can not tell you how much this tour impacted us. I might even look for a realtor in the area! A big THANK YOU to Erin, for making the whole experience an incredible one, to remember.
We took our dad to the Hermitage ghost walk for Fathers Day! He spent a lot of time there as a teen and it was awesome to have Ghost Guide Daniel tell us spooky stories as well as the history of the area. We had a blast! Would definitely go on another tour.
Amazing experience! Our tour guide Daniel was great! Well organized, good email communication and reminders. We did the Hermitage and loved the lore and story telling. Looking forward to attending another one. Highly recommend.
I did the Hermitage ghost walk and I loved it. It was my first time with Ghost Walks of Hamilton. The story telling was excellent and done with so much enthusiasm! It was a great experience that I will do again, probably during the fall if available. If you're into history, old timey vibes and a little bit of spooky, this is it.
I'm so glad I finally had the chance to participate in a Ghost Walk! It was nice to learn about local history and hear some eerie tales. Our guide, Daniel, was a great storyteller. Would definitely book with them again!
Great story telling and some interesting stories and facts about Dundas!
Had a great time at the Hermitage ruins.
I took my partner on a ghost walk for an early birthday present, and we had a fabulous time. Daniel did a great job sharing both ghost stories and interesting tidbits about Dundas, and was all around a really good speaker and storyteller. I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun evening out.
This is our 4 ghost walk with Ghost Walks! We enjoyed each one of them and looking forward many more ghost walks in the future!!!! Each leader we had are truly amazing. They take there time explaining and walking through the process. They are friendly and so kind. Thank you each one them we hade with the experience and looking forward more in the future!!!!!!!
I've been on the downtown walk (several times), the Dark History walk, the Ghost Hunt (several times), and the Hermitage (again several times) and have loved it each and every time. Can't wait to do other ones. I've just been on the Dundurn bus tour/ghost walk and I loved it. I honestly can not wait to do it again! Just did the new Dundas ghost walk on Saturday May 4th, and I loved it.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Dundas walk. Wonderful storyteller and has clearly put a lot of effort into putting these walks together. Highly recommended
I took my son on Daniel's first tour of Dundas and let me say we won't look at the little town the same. My 10 year old hung on his every word. Thank you so much Daniel for such a fun, educational evening. As mentioned, you are a true master of you craft!
Very entertaining .......
Great fun, lots of history, and excellent storytelling. Thanks!
