One of a few town ghosts exist in “Canada’s Most Haunted Town”. Out of all, The Watcher remains the most illustrious. A protector of Niagara-on-the-Lake! Watching over the negative energy from extreme violence.
This is the origin of that violence, and the revelation of the town’s most passionate protector.
