A headline from a newspaper said it perfectly about the Black Donnelly Massacre in February, 1880… “The massacre of the Donnelly family, in the township of Biddulph, by an armed mob, is a crime which has no parallel in the history of Canada”.
A crime still talked about today. Here’s what led to that dark night.

Then, one of the most famous ghost photos in world history gets a historic and ghost story breakdown. The Madonna of Bachelor’s Grove Cemetery just outside the City of Chicago. Who the woman might be, and her tragic story. Along with a skin-crawling ghost experience with the “Caretaker”.
Something strange was caught in the Burwick House, in Toronto’s Black Creek Pioneer Village. Ghost photo? Lackadaisical cleaning standards? Here’s the breakdown.

Episode 100! Daniel never thought the podcast would get that far. The main reason it fits his personality. And, only one subject this week… the oldest known ghost of the Haunted City of Hamilton, The Dark Lady. Inside the original Custom House near the Harbour.
How the history makes this one of the most unique haunted locations around. Where the darker energy comes from. Then, it’s all about the Dark Lady. From her energy, to the infamous Poem and Legend. Then, 3 different ghost stories from the building, blamed on the ‘matriarch’ of the Custom House.
If a family curse were possible, the Legend of the Lemp Mansion in St. Louis, Missouri … is that story!

How facing pain is the best way to live. We tend to avoid pain. Creating fear and tension around it, only making it more powerful. But pain isn’t to be avoided! There are lessons for life hidden inside of it. Daniel goes down the road of pain acceptance. Using his own battles with obesity as an example.
Then, just after Halloween, Daniel went to Hamilton’s McMaster University for a paranormal investigation. With a team from the McMaster Silouette newspaper, went into the more haunted areas of the campus. Nothing compared to what happened in the forested areas behind the buildings. Communication from some darker history, and a medium known as… The Ouija Board!
