The less you believe, the harder the truth. This episode presents times skeptics became believers in ghosts. Now, don’t think it a gossip-y bash sessh… because it’s important to have some skepticism. Daniel balances the skeptic ghost stories, with the reason why questioning your experiences is so important. Featuring his own story from when leading a Ghost Walks group in Niagara on the Lake.
In all of Fort Mississauga history, it never saw a shot fired. Built in 1814 after the Americans left Niagara-on-the-Lake and Upper Canada.
Fort George was in ruins. The British rushed to building this Fort to discourage a second attack from the Americans.
Soldiers remained on-duty here until 1840. Today, the fort is located at the back of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Course.
Brock Monument is the grave of former British General Sir Isaac Brock.
He was our famous General. Successfully defended British Canada against the Americans during the War of 1812.
With his men charging up the hill with his men. Happened during the Battle of Queenston Heights. An American sniper rose from the bushes and shot him down.

Very limited space due to COVID limits
This is so rare! Never in our history have any of the shop displays/artifacts gone up for sale. Especially nothing like the Haunted Piano.
The Piano has served us well as a beautiful display for products and, of course, Lizzie the Doll.
But now it needs to move on. Get into a new home, get an upgrade and be played (like intended over 120 years ago!)

Good news everyone! Now that Niagara has some semblance of normal. The lockdown being done means we can put together some dates for Niagara-on-the-Lake!
It all begins slowly! Will post Saturday nights in March to kick things off. The rest of 2021 will come in about 2 weeks time.
This including the introduction of our newest Dark History tour.

The experience at the Blue Ghost Tunnel doesn’t stay there. Instead becomes a part of Niagara, and maybe Canadian legend.
Two reputations mixed together into one article. One side, the ghosts reaching out to excited investigators. The second, an unfortunate and real occurrence.
The teams knew about the train crash, blue mist and reports of a ghost dog at the Blue Ghost Tunnel entrance. This was intriguing. But it’s the tunnel’s atmosphere that really drew them in.
The following happened to me during one of our visits.
Ghost Guide Daniel – – Completed in 1876. Converted to occasional use in 1887. Closed in 1915. This is the quick history of the “Blue Ghost Tunnel”.
