And a haunted hotspot reaching legendary status. Catching the eye of the most known Canadian Ghost Show in history… Creepy Canada.
Today, the house Emma Byrens made famous now stands empty and alone on the Burlington Waterfront, waiting out its fate.

This was the worst jail in Canada! Time served increased because it was “Hell on Earth”! As proven by the Boyd Gang’s escape, and a guy killed over a bag of chips. Along with its resident ghost, the “Lady of the Don”.

This is how legends begin, and one such story started with the final meeting between Sophia Shaw and Major-General Sir Isaac Brock, as he rode his horse hard towards the direction of Queenston Heights. Many books and blogs had been written about their enduring romance.
At least one play was composed based on their love affair and the war that ended their relationship in tragedy.

Never heard of these fellows before listening to that show. Their names are Sam and Colby. Well known and followed on YouTube by millions. They go to the most haunted places to search for ghosts.
So, why was my BS sense going off the entire time.
Ghost Guide Daniel – – On Sunday, March 24th in 1935, Francis Rattenbury, a respected Victoria BC architect was murdered inside his drawing room. The floor covered with blood and debris. Thought dust collected in the blood.
Turned out to be his skull and brain fragments from his smashed head. And in the corner, broken false teeth.
Rattenbury was alive! They called for help and rushed him to the hospital. It’s there he’d die 4 days later. This is the story of what led to his brutal murder.
